This chair was designed for a class that was focused on designing for people. Research was conducted (while focusing on a selected target group) to determine what said audience needs to accommodate their lifestyle.

City dwelling 20-30 year olds who like to entertain were the chosen group. Limited space, few wood options, and comfort were the main focus for this design. Through sketch models and test groups this design came to life.

A handle was integrated into the chair for ease of transport.

The leather back and seat were made for comfort through a mould and press process.
